Veggies are probably the most delightful aspect of my food life.
Yesterday for lunch I decided to create a veggie heaven experience.
A gluten-free tortilla, farm fresh bib lettuce, tomato, radishes, a few slices of carrots, spring chives, half and avocado, and fresh sprouts.
All of this goodness was topped with raw grated Emil cheese, a sprinkle of olive oil, and juice of half a lime.
Eating it with my hands and dancing with the flavors was a total symphonie for my taste buds. I am such a foodie!
