It seems that flight delays have become a bit more of the norm for my travels as of late. While waiting at the airport I was hungry and luckily I had packed some food with me. I pulled out my arugula salad that had avocados and macademia nuts in it, so tasty.

After I had savored the salad I was still hungry so I pulled out a bag that had more arugula in it and was munching.

In mid-stream as I brought a leaf close to my mouth I thought to myself that if anyone was looking at me in that moment they must have thought what a freak, eating leaves out of a bag.

It made me happy. I love that I didn't have to buy airport food and that green leaves are my friends
