I am not one to advocate the life of a 'monk' as I think there is a place for materialistic happiness in life, nice things do matter. However, it seems that for many it has become an out of control coping mechanism.

We buy and buy without pause to think how instant gratification has impact on the well-being of other humans, the environment future generations, and our own intrinsic happiness.

What is the real price you are willing to pay?
