When I spent a ton of time on my computer writing I have days when my wrists and fingers flame into a sensation similar to pins and needles. Its not comfortable and I can't imagine dealing with a more acute version that migrates into the realm of serious joint pain.
 
About 1 and 5 Adults living in the US have so much joint pain that they are diagnosed with arthritis. Although most who are affected are 65 or older any age group is susceptible.  
 
While their is conventional medication present to help pain it often doesn't manage the inflammation causing the discomfort in the background. Nature offers a few solutions to help with temporary or chronic joint pain. 
  • Omega 3 Fatty Acids: found in cold water fish, omega 3's reduce inflammation and help loosen stiffness. 
  • Ayurveda: Ginger, Turmeric, Boswellia and other herbs combined together provide joint relief from India's ancient medical system. 
  • Cayenne Pepper: Mix 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper with 1/2 cup of cocoa butter, lanolin or coconut oil. Apply it directly to the sore joint.
  • Cherries: Contain high levels of antioxidants and anthocyanins, nutrients known to relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness.

While these solutions are just a start it is also vital to explore other factors that might increase inflammation and joint pain in the body.
