I love staying informed on what is going on around the world, and yet over the last several months I have noticed a pattern of checking the news five to seven times each day.
So much going on with politics, the environment, drama overseas, and troubles right here at home.
With this data in mind I decided a few days ago to take a News Break.
No google news, no Rachel Maddow, no New York Times, no OMG moments with Fox News.
A one week media fast!
It has only been a few days since I started and I already feel a shift.
A bit lighter, an ease-fulness and a general feeling that taking space from the media every once in a while is breaking news.
