Sixty-and-Me-Yoga-for-Gardeners-Easy-Yoga-Routines-You-Can-Enjoy-Outside

I was was teaching class yesterday eve and a few minutes into my warm up sequence my observer mind chimed in, "Oops you forgot to lead the class in setting an intention."

Instead of freaking out, I decided to justify this oops as a brilliant opportunity. My theme was about the power of twists and how we can utilize the science of yoga to wind tight and then unwind to create more space and freedom.

I quickly remembered being in a class where the teacher invited us to set our intention after the practice, in order to take yoga into our day.

Perfect. My theme was just right for this kind of turn of events.

We'll twist and wind and from that new landscape of clarity, intention can be set.

I loved that a 'mistake' invited in creativity, remembrance, and doing something different.

Try it out. Set your intention post practice and see what unfolds.
