An all levels class which warms quickly and then slows down to deeply stretch various muscle groups surrounding the hips, quads, hamstrings, neck and shoulders. Slow down (10-15 deep breaths in each pose supporting by props), prevent injury, increase joint mobility, receive supportive and feel good hands on adjustments as you improve your flexibility. Complements running, hiking, biking, swimming and any and all movement activities. No yoga experience necessary.
